Getting Around From The Island Residence

HarbourFront is the nearest rail hub. Its station joins the North East Line, which runs north through Chinatown, Dhoby Ghaut and Serangoon to Punggol, with the Circle Line, which since 12 July 2026 runs as a complete loop: the three stage-six stations at Keppel, Cantonment and Prince Edward Road link HarbourFront directly to Marina Bay. Telok Blangah station on the Circle Line lies across the water to the north.

By road, Keppel Bay Bridge leads onto the mainland at Keppel Bay, where West Coast Highway and Telok Blangah Road run along the shore towards the city and the west. The Central Business District at Raffles Place is about 5 km away in a straight line.

The HarbourFront MRT and Circle Line guide covers the rail options in more depth.

The Waterfront Around The Island Residence

Keppel Bay is ringed by green. Bukit Chermin Boardwalk runs along the shore about 370 metres from the site pin, the Labrador Nature Reserve and Berlayer Creek lie about a kilometre to the west, and the Southern Ridges climb from Mount Faber over Henderson Waves towards Kent Ridge. Sentosa, with its beaches and Resorts World, is across the water to the south.

Further east, the Greater Southern Waterfront set out in the URA Master Plan 2025 will bring new homes to the former Keppel Golf Course and, after the port moves to Tuas, to Keppel Terminal and Keppel Distripark. The Greater Southern Waterfront guide, the Keppel Bay and marina guide, the VivoCity and Sentosa guide and the schools guide each take one part of the neighbourhood in turn.
